Scope / 适用范围

Zou Ads Operations is an operator-managed tool for the operator’s accounts and accounts explicitly authorized for management. It is not a public SaaS subscription, an advertising network or a Google product.

本工具用于个人及明确获授权账号的报表和运营管理，不提供公众注册，不代表 Google，不承诺广告收益或审核结果。

Authorization / 授权

You must have authority over any connected advertising account. OAuth access defines technical capabilities; budgets, bids, publishing and other consequential changes require the applicable operational authorization. Access must not be used to manipulate clicks, impressions or conversions.

连接账号的人须拥有相应管理权限。预算、出价和发布等操作依照已确认的授权范围执行，并核验结果。本工具不得用于操纵点击、展示或转化。

Data and accuracy / 数据与准确性

Reports may be delayed or revised by the source platform. Pending commissions, estimated conversions and sales revenue are not the same as settled earnings. Automated reports and suggestions require review appropriate to the decision.

平台数据可能延迟或调整；预估转化、待结算佣金与已结算收益分别记录，不能混同。自动建议需根据实际决策风险复核。

Credentials and revocation / 凭据与撤销

Do not send Google passwords to the operator or this website. Use Google’s authorization flow. Access can be revoked through Google Account settings; contact the operator to request deletion of controlled records, as described in the privacy policy.
